BZJ STYLE FEATURE ON CYBORMEMOIRS STREET SECTION

CM: This is BZJ. I cannot believe all the gear this kid had on. Much respect. I know a lot of people his age are still just rocking like, sneaks and nice jeans or some shit, but just look at him! I ran into him outside of Omoi, my sometimes employer/favorite place for Japanese gear & stationery, and then checked his blog and it all made sense. Dude is on an international/vintage/DIY vibe and I like it!

CM:Oh word. I’m from Olney. Across the street from Cardinal Dougherty, rest in peace. All right, so coming from Cheltenham and then walking around town like this, what do you think about the way people dress in the city?

BZJ: “The way people dress in Philadelphia, it’s really boring, but then you have those — a lot of different people that are creative in Philadelphia. It’s not that many. Walkin downtown, you probably see about five or so? Maybe because it’s Philadelphia, what it is, it’s not that artistic here. Rather than in New York or LA. It’s cool though, it’s dope. I mean it’s its own.”

CM: Do you think there’s a specific style people tend to go for?

BZJ: “Yeaaahhh. There’s a lot of people that are stuck on that polo thing. That like — not even Ralph Lauren — just like regular polo. Not even preppy. Just like regular polo tees, just like wack. And a lot of kids with snap-backs and stuff like that.”
