Stussy began in 1980, around Laguna Beach, California, where Shawn Stussy sold his T-shirts with his drawn signature them, in addition to selling surfboards which he shaped and manufactured. Stussy clothing began as a surf brand with inspiration provided by reggae musicians, skaters, hip hop, and DJs. Over time, it grew into more than just a surf brand, but became a general street wear brand, which in turn helped propel Stussy into an international label. The company produces clothes from shirts, pants, caps, shorts, jackets and so on to accessories, bags, shoe collaborations and a Women’s line. Stussy more or less started what is now known as street wear. The Stussy Brand is now available worldwide. The company has over sixty stores around the wold.- STUSSY NOT BZ
